# 주식

블릭서버에는 2개의 주식 거래소가 존재합니다.

**NESDAQ** - 서버의 대표 거래소로 **BLIK** 주식이 상장되있습니다.\
**KESDAQ** - 서버의 대표 유저 거래소로 개인 주식들이 상장되있습니다.

거래 가능 시간·수수료는 이렇습니다.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">KESDAQ</mark>에 상장 하는법

### 상장 요건

* 서버에 처음 접속한 지 **한 달**이 지난 유저
* 소지금이 최소 **75,000,000**원인 유저

### 상장 절차

1. 상장 요건을 충족한 상태로 [상장 신청서](#undefined-2)를 작성한 뒤 [문의](broken://pages/7SXpozdB71EnqJFYyQBo)를합니다.
2. 유저 Beullig07 에게 최소 **75,000,000원**을 송금합니다. (상장 수수료 + 자사주 매입)\ <sup><mark style="color:$info;">/돈 보내기 Beullig07 75000000 | 25,000,000원 상장 수수료를 제외한 나머지의 금액은 초기 자사주 매입에 사용됩니다.<mark style="color:$info;"></sup>
3. 관리자의 심사가 완료될 때까지 대기합니다.\ <sup><mark style="color:$info;">상장날에는 상한가, 하한가의 제한이 풀립니다.<mark style="color:$info;"></sup>

### 상장 유지 조건

유지 요건 미충족 시 동의 여부와 무관하게 [상장 폐지 절차](#undefined-3)를 진행합니다.

* 종가 **1,000원** 이상

  <sup>미만인 상태가</sup> <sup></sup><sup>**7일**</sup><sup>간 지속되는 경우</sup> [<sup>상장 폐지</sup>](#undefined-3) <sup>(동전주 퇴출)</sup>
* 배당금 관련 공시를 **허위** 작성하지 않음

## 상장 폐지

상장 폐지는 [문의](broken://pages/7SXpozdB71EnqJFYyQBo)를 통해 직접 신청할 수 있습니다. 자진 상장 폐지를 희망하는 경우, 실제 폐지 **예정일 기준 7일 전**까지 신청해야 합니다.

### 상장 폐지 절차

1. 전면 거래 중지
2. 해당 주식 전면 소각
3. 해당 주식 거래소에서 퇴출

배당금을 통해 **자신의 소지금**을 주주에게 분배할 수 있습니다.\

### 분할

주식의 가격이 과도하게 높다고 판단되는 경우, 주식 분할을 통해 주식 가치를 유지한 상태로 주가를 조정할 수 있습니다.\

### 병합
